Well, today was a whirlwind (pun intended!).
For classes which were not disrupted by the inclement weather, in class we watched the following video:
Then, students read the primary source “Life in a New England Factory.” We completed question #1 on this sheet as a class.
Finally, students analyzed a map and a graph of the changes in Britain’s Population during the Industrial Revolution. The primary source and graphs have been combined in the document below:
